We've prepared a detailed roadmap to make the process as transparent as possible for you.
Step 1. Free Consultation
Everything starts with getting to know each other. You submit an application, and our manager contacts you.
- We discuss your goals: specialty, city, budget.
- We analyze academic performance (average score).
- We select 3-5 universities that perfectly match your criteria.
Step 2. Document Collection and Submission
You send us scans of documents (passport, diploma or certificate from school). We check them for compliance with requirements.
Important: At this stage, we also translate documents into Turkish if necessary for initial submission.
Step 3. Getting Preliminary Acceptance (Conditional Acceptance)
We send applications to selected universities. Thanks to partner channels, response comes very quickly — usually from 2 days to 2 weeks.
You receive Conditional Acceptance Letter. This is an official letter confirming that the university is ready to accept you, but you need to fulfill a condition (usually — pay a deposit).
Step 4. Deposit Payment and Final Offer
To secure your place and discount, you need to pay a deposit to the university account (usually $500–$1000, included in tuition cost). After payment, the university sends Final Acceptance Letter.
Step 5. Visa and Relocation
The most interesting part! With the final letter, you can apply for a student visa (if needed).
