What data we collect

We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide when filling out application forms and the quiz on the website: name, phone number, email address, and additional information about your educational preferences (field of study, chosen university, program level, and comments). Technical data is also recorded automatically: IP address, date, and time of form submission — to confirm the fact of consent to data processing.

Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed solely to: provide consultation services for admission to Turkish universities; contact you regarding your request, including via messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram); inform you about suitable programs, deadlines, and admission conditions; and improve the quality of our services.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing personal data is your consent, which you give by checking the corresponding box when submitting a form. Consent is voluntary, specific, and informed. Without consent, no data processing is carried out.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes. Data may be processed by our trusted contractors and services (CRM system, messaging services, analytics) solely to fulfil the purposes stated above and subject to confidentiality. Data may be provided to government authorities in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Retention periods
